SASSA will be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed concerning the significant number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the higher quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more assets to help the servicing of all buyers and improve usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
